The Stars and Stripes Showdown is a benefit hockey game on August 26th in Plymouth, Michigan.  14 more players have been announced for this upcoming event. 

The Stars and Stripes Showdown is being played as a benefit for former assistant director of USA Hockey, Jim Johannson.

The lineup features many American born stars and is headlined by Detroit Red Wings star Dylan Larkin.

According to USA hockey, 14 more players will participate at the game on August 26th at the USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth.

Patrick Kane, Craig Anderson, Seth Jones, Jacob Trouba, and Cam Atkinson are among the newly announced names to participate.

The game will also feature Red Wings coach Jeff Blashill and Tony Granato, former Wings assistant and now coach at Wisconsin.  David Quinn of the Rangers and John Hynes of New Jersey will also be behind the bench for this game.
