Usually there is too much at stake to see an all out brawl in the NHL.  In a game between the Los Angeles Kings and the Anaheim Ducks, a line brawl happened early in the first period of the game this past weekend.

According to NBC Sports, First place was on the line between the two teams. The brawl happened only seven minutes into the game.   There was a total of 66 penalty minutes and two misconducts for Ducks defenseman Kevin Bieksa and Kings forward Andy Andreoff.

More chaos came out of that scrum with a shove to Corey Perry of The Ducks.   The Ducks ended up winning the game 3-2.
