It has been awhile since we have seen a highlight reel goal scored by a Detroit Red Wings player. Gone are the highlight goals from Pavel Datsyuk but recently Tomas Tatar scored a beauty in a shootout.

In their recent overtime win over the San Jose Sharks, Tatar helped the Wings stay alive in the shootout with this beauty that needs to be seen.

The game would go to the Red Wings 2-1 over the Sharks with Justin Abdelkader's goal. This goal should be apart of the list of best shoot out goals of the season.
