Weddings and Whiskey at Journeyman Distillery This February

The Second Annual Weddings & Whiskey event is coming to Journeyman Distillery in Three Oaks, Michigan, February 2nd, from 1-4pm. It's a laid back approach to wedding planning, with opportunities to browse event spaces and connect with Michigan's wedding professionals while drinking a delicious libation. See the latest trends in wedding decor, design, and updating age-old traditions. As for which trends are holding strong, an 11-year veteran of the wedding business, photographer Marco Alexzondra of Marco Alexzondra Flora & Event Design says:

Garland continues to hold its own, but I'm noticing more tropicals sneaking into the picture. Suspended pieces are becoming less structured—wilder and airy. Brides are coming back to vivid colors and moving away from traditional white and pink.
