Who Should Induct Journey Into The R&R HOF?

We found out today Neil Young, the Godfather of Grunge, will induct Pearl Jam into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame, Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson will induct Yes and Jackson Browne will induct Joan Baez.  The other inductees that we care about are Journey and ELO.  I think Tom Petty should induct ELO because of his relationship with Jeff Lynn.  So who should induct Journey?

I don't know that there is an obvious choice.  Am I missing somebody?  I can tell you this, if I was going into the "Hall", I would want Springsteen to do the honors.  He has given the best induction speeches of all time.  Maybe Bruce SHOULD do it.  At least we'd hear a solid effort.  Most of the recent inductions have been blaverage.
