Why Is This Kalamazoo Gas Station 39 Cents Higher?

It's become one of our area's mysteries.  Everyday when I pass by this gas station on Gull Road, I marvel at why the price of gas is always 252.9.  As of this post time, the price of gas just down the street is 213.9.  What's the deal???

Are they trying to go out of business?  Is the sign broken and stuck at 252.9?  And what if this is the first gas station somebody sees, pulls in, pays the 252.9 and then sees 39 cents cheaper in one block?  If it's me, I'm going to be pissed!!!  I'm off to investigate...
