It seems like only yesterday we held the first RibFest in the parking lot across the street from the Arcadia Creek Festival site.  Back then, in the early 90s it was a much more shall we say "intimate" affair with a few national vendors and a celebrity rib sauce competition which I finished second in one year.  That was then and this is now or should I say WOW?  It's the biggest festival of the year and has been for many years.
