Ghosts of Kalamazoo Historic Tour Returns To Riverside Cemetery
According to a press release from The Kalamazoo Jaycees, The Ghosts of Kalamazoo Historic Tour will once again explore Riverside Cemetery on Friday, September 25 and Saturday, September 26, 2015.
Tours will be offered from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Riverside Cemetery is located on the corner of Gull Road and Riverview Drive. Ghosts of Kalamazoo Historic Tour provides a historic account of Kalamazoo County with a twist of haunted stories. This tour will highlight notable people of Kalamazoo as well as the Civil War Memorial that stands 25-feet tall.
Upcoming tour dates and locations are as follows:
- Friday, October 24 and Saturday, October 25, 2015, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. , Mountain Home Cemetery
- Friday, October 30, 2015, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Downtown Kalamazoo (Bronson Park)
The Ghosts of Kalamazoo Historic Tour is a program of the Kalamazoo Jaycees, a leadership development and community service based not-for-profit organization. The Kalamazoo Jaycees have been serving Kalamazoo County since 1932. Membership is open to young men and women between the ages of 21 – 40.
