Remember Cannon Films?  It was a production company responsible for mid to low budget movies from 1967 to 1994.   Over the weekend I saw a great documentary on them called, "Electric Boogaloo: The Wild, Untold Story of Cannon Films".

Cannon Films were responsible for movies ranging from, The "American Ninja" franchise to "Breakin', to "Missing In Action" to The "Death Wish" sequels.  They were also responsible for "Over The Top" with Sylvester Stallone.

There are a ton of movies that you would remember if you went through their  library.

This documentary runs through their history.  It features clips from the films and interviews with the people who made them.    Many of their films are some of the worst ever made.

After watching this movie, I am interested in going back to catch some of the films I have never seen.

It's a fun documentary which i recommend.   It is on Netflix if you want to check it out.
