Agent Carter

This weekend we were at Flame Con in Brooklyn to capture the kaleidoscopic cosplay strutting through the queer comics convention's second exhibition. Highlights include Stevonnie, Wiccan, Jubilee, Stranger Things' Barb, Rufio, multiple Magnetos, and a disgruntled Asgardian coffee shop employee!

It's a great time to be a Marvel fan.  Today was the release of the new Ant-Man trailer.  The Avengers sequel is a few weeks away.  Agents of Shield is winding down their season, and Daredevil premiered over the weekend on Netflix.

I have become a huge fan of the Marvel universe. I've never read any of the comics, but I enjoy the films and the recent TV shows, "Agents of Shield" and "Agent Carter." That's why it's no surprise that I am anticipating the new Marvel Netflix series "Daredevil." It debuts on April 10.

Over the weekend Marvel released a cool Ant-Sized teaser trailer for the new movie, 'Ant- Man'.  It was released to tease the official teaser trailer release which is coming up this week.

Last night ABC ran a Marvel Special called "75 Years From Pulp To Pop". Great history of the comics and films.  The highlight of the show was footage from "Ant-Man" and also a clip of the upcoming "Agent Carter" TV series.

After seeing the original "Captain America" movie I wondered if we would ever get to see more of the World War II time period either with the "Howling Commandos" or the early days of "Shield".   It looks like that is gonna happen as ABC has picked up "Agent Carter" to series for next year.
