Tom Petty's classic 1994 album 'Wildflowers' was originally supposed to be a double album with ten extra songs that ended up getting shelved. They're here now (alongside some unearthed home demos and live recordings), and they instantly feel as classic as the 15 songs that did make the 'Wildflowers' cut in 1994...
"There Goes Angela (Dream Away)" is another unreleased song from Petty's 'Wildflowers' sessions that will all hopefully be seeing the light of day soon.
Heartbreaker Benmont Tench plans to continue playing, "more, louder, quieter, faster, slower, sad, joyous, angry, celebratory, lovingly" as he grieves.
One of the great Keyboardist in Rock History Benmont Tench of The Heartbreakers has released a solo album called "You Should Be So Lucky". I'm always curious to listen to solo albums or side music from artist who you really don't hear on their own.
