The law regarding marijuana use and Driving While Intoxicated has just changed in the state of Indiana and this could be good news for some Hoosiers.

Battle Creek police arrested a man for DUI after he allegedly hit 5 parked vehicles, some with occupants including a newborn.

The man's attorney says that the state needs to provide "some guidance so we're all on the same page."
