A car-sharing service, perhaps in cooperation with WMU, could help overcome the reluctance to use transit. A vehicle would be available for the occasional-off campus trip, in addition, the presence of a car-sharing service will help influence resident students to not bring a vehicle to campus.
Obviously, there are a bunch of other schools that deserve a nod as well, but unfortunately, those schools and the ones above were all omitted from the list.
It's been quite a year for Kalamazoo College alumni. In the past year, Larry Bell, after selling his brewery made a $5.25 million dollar donation to his alma mater. And the newest Justice on the Supreme Court, Ketanji Brown Jackson, has named a Kalamazoo College graduate as one of her four law clerks.
