The Kalamazoo Public Library is hosting a four-week session on cosplay basics. Everything form armor and swords, to makeup and wigs, to getting creative with cardboard, and everything in between will be covered.

From 10a-11a in Bronson Park, you and your little learner can take part in National Stand for Children Day and Ready to Read, an outreach program from the Kalamazoo Public Library that encourages early childhood literacy. Enjoy healthy snacks, juice, and a book, courtesy of our friends at KPL. Plus, they can meet some of their favorite characters from beloved children's books. An early interest in reading is fundamental for a child's academic future.
