Being a teen is tough, especially in today's social-media focused world. Influences are everywhere, and its so important to make sure your children feel comfortable coming to you for help and advice. Be armed with the tools you need. Leona Carter, the Portage District Library, and the conversation "How to Talk to Your Teens in Difficult Times" will help.

Following the story, there will be a live animal presentation with four different animals from the John Ball Zoo.

Read a bad poem of your own, a beautiful poem badly, or present a poem that is historically known for being awful. Prizes will be awarded for Worst Poem Ever.
