Columbus Day Explained… Through Cake

Hailed as the man who discovered North America (...though native people pretty much had that locked down, already), Christopher Columbus would become a much debatable historic figure.  Explorer?  Murderer?  Megalomaniac?

I think the only way to truly understand this layered man, and the discovery that made him famous, is to have cake explain it.
