Arcadia Ales is proud to announce the official opening of their Kalamazoo Riverfront Brewery, Pub and Kitchen.
The evening will begin with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 3 p.m. accompanied by the Kalamazoo Pipe Band. Come enjoy the food, atmosphere and handcrafted Ales while contributing for a great cause! The entire opening day will also be the first "Drink One Down - Support Your Town" in Kalamazoo. All the proceeds from tap sales during this even are donated to local charity, Kalamazoo's first being Big Brothers and Big Sisters - A Community of Caring.
In addition to Arcadia's Ales, the Kitchen will feature an all wood-fired BBQ Smoker from Texas, burning pure hickory. Most of the meats will be locally sourced, with many being a byproduct of whole animal/seam butchery. The chefs will also regularly feature unique vegetarian and gluten free options. Customers will enjoy communal seating and counter service for food, and our Beverage Specialist will provide all beer, wine and soft drink service.
