Upward Spiral

"Upward Spiral" is a free 24 hr event Feb 17th-18th from 3pm-3pm at The Allegan Fieldhouse. It is very similar to Relay for life but it is for mental health. We have several organizations there such as the suicide coalition, gryphon place and allegan general hospital. Our goal is to connect people and their loved ones who are struggling with suicide, depression,ptsd, bullying, self harm or anything else mental health related to resources in their community. We really want to combat the stigma of mental health and love on people in our community and impact it positively. People can come run or walk for any amount of time they wish. There is food, networking and different activities. We have Yoga at 7 and an 80's dance party at 8.
