Do you remember my Yarn-valanche of June 2015? All ten bags of fiber have taken up residence in my basement.  I've been sorting through it here-and-there; wool, cotton, sock yarn, lace.  Recently, while combing through the stash, I stumbled upon a bag of recycled silk from Nepal (I know, right?). Most recycled silk yarn is made from scraps and remnants from saris, so it's very bright, colorful, and rich. It's happy yarn.

The image isn't all that fantastic (the Force of photography is not strong with the Bishops), but I'm sure you can see how vibrant and ropy it is.  This yarn is not cheap, my friends, and there's a LOT of it. I want to make something I'm proud of, something that does this yarn justice.  What should I make with it?  A shawl? Skirt? Curtains? Help me figure out my next crafty adventure: Project Sari-Not-Sari.
