A Real Head Scratcher

I'm sure you've seen the "We Buy Houses" signs all over the place.  Today when I saw this one I had to scratch my head and wonder: Would you call the number to sell your house off of this sign?  This one is actually better than some I've seen. Last month I saw one that looked like it was done by a 3rd grader and I'm not sure if all the words were spelled right.

Another question is: If they have hundreds of thousands of dollars at their disposal to buy houses, wouldn't you think they could spend a few extra dollars and have nice signs made?  These are just one step up from the signs people asking for money along side the road use.  I don't think I'd go into a deal with the utmost confidence.
