Bomb Planted In Battle Creek

Is it just me or is criminal activity getting more severe like the weather.  Or maybe we're more hyper-sensitive because of terrorism, February 20th, and whatever happened last night with the cyclists.  Now we hear a bomb was found planted near a power substation on elm St. in Battle Creek.  Click HERE for the details we know so far.
