Abbie Burtis and Olivia Woods, student senators from Portage Northern High School, stopped by the show along with faculty adviser Rick Searing to tell us about Breadlift 2015 happening this Saturday.  This year it's the 50th anniversary!!!

My kids Ryan and Kaitlyn are former senators and my daughter Lauren is a current senator so I'm intimately aware of how important this event is every year. So, if you're a Portage resident you may get a knock on your door, between 9a and 4p, and find students from Portage Northern or Portage Central with fresh bread to exchange for a donation to the March Of Dimes.
