Fly Breaks In A New Popcorn Popper
I've gotten into eating a lot of microwave popcorn in recent years. It taste fine, but there is just something about popcorn made in a popper that I have missed.
Some of my earliest memories are of my dad popping up some corn on Sunday nights. My grandpa also use to make a great bowl of popcorn.
Recently, my wife and I bought a new popcorn popper: a Presto Stirring Popper. Last night I tried it out.
I didn't get too fancy — I just used about a tablespoon of oil and a third of a cup of corn.
I like it, and maybe down the road I will get fancy and try some of the recipes that were in the popper manual.
Do you have any popcorn toppings you'd recommend?
