Get Ready For A Tornado Warning Drill

I'm warning you now that the Michigan Association of Broadcasters has decided to execute a Tornado Warning Drill on April 13th at 1:30pm.  Personally, I'm not sure this is a good idea to do a "fake" tornado warning but, nevertheless, it will happen on the 13th.I already feel confident that what we've BEEN doing has had the desired affect. This test will be in conjunction with a statewide tornado drill. In addition to the EAS activation, our area may have a test of tornado sirens which could freak some people out so spread the word to your friends & neighbors.

In the event there is a threat of severe weather on the 13th, the test will be postponed until the 14th.  If there's still a threat on the 14th, the test will be cancelled.  The go/no go decision will be made by the National Weather Service and the Statewide tornado drill working group.  Get more information by clicking HERE.
