Grill School Is Fun!

Mark Wrench from The Fireplace & Grill Shoppe in Downtown Kalamazoo stopped by to remind us of the first "Grilling University" tomorrow night.

My wife Karla and I went to our first one last Summer and were absolutely floored by all the things we learned.  And now that we have The Big Green Egg, there is so much more we want to know.

I had no idea how excited I'd be to want to grill food.  Before all this I just wanted to know what Karla was grilling and when it would be done.  The Grilling University features professional chefs from the area's best restaurants who will blow your mind with what can be done and what you've been missing.  And you get to sample and enjoy beverages.
