Kalamazoo Wings To Hold First Ever Lavender Ice Game Wednesday Night

The Kalamazoo Wings will host Cincinnati Wednesday night, November 20th.  The game will feature for the first time ever lavender ice.

According to the Kalamazoo Wings,  the game against the Cyclones will feature lavender ice.  The K-Wings have partnered with the NHL and Hockey Fights Cancer to raise awareness for those battling cancer.

During the game, there will be mystery pucks sold on the concourse to benefit Cancer Families United.

A special Hockey Fights Cancer ticket package will also be available with proceeds going to Hockey Fights Cancer.

Fans who attend the game are encouraged to wear lavender.
