Public Transportation Gets Snarky with New Ads
Anyone who has ever had to rely on public transportation knows that it can be one of the most convenient, affordable ways to get around a big city. It can also lead to a horrible commute if you happen to get on a car that looks like the aftermath of a frat party. Trash, loud music, the lack of common courtesy to give up a seat for an elderly passenger; these are annoyances that a lot of people have to put up with on a daily basis.
The people behind the Chicago Transit Authority are calling out the worst of the worst in a new ad campaign that is being brutally honest with their passengers. With statements like "Your Maid Doesn't Work Here" and " No One is Interested in Your Conversation... Trust Us," the CTA hopes to clean up a few of the drags that give public transportation a bad name. Click here to see the campaign.
