The wonderful education staff at the Air Zoo continually brings new and innovative classes to the zoo and to area classrooms, inspiring Michigan's children toward an interest in science

The 6th annual Science Innovation Hall of Fame Awards combined with the Michigan Aviation Hall of Fame recognize and encourage area high school students, educators, and individuals who have "innovated and excelled within, or shown exceptional support of, education in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM)."
