One of the greatest hockey players ever, Leonard "Red" Kelly died today. He was 91. Kelly won eight Stanley Cups as a member of the Detroit Red Wings and Toronto Maple Leafs.
The Detroit Red Wings had two first round picks last summer. Filip Zadina and Joe Veleno. Zadina played a few games in Detroit, Veleno just finished up his junior career.
