I'll bet you didn't see this coming, but they did!

The event will be focused on the mind, body, and spirit with a wide variety of interactive lectures and seminars for all aspiring and active psychics and holistic healers.

Laura Moody talked with WoodTV recently about the event, and why she organized it.

"With so many changing times and stress in our daily lives, it's a nice thing to just take aside a day, a weekend, a few hours, and just focus on the inner you. "That's what this event is about, focusing on you, your body, your mind, your spirit, and being with like-minded people, and also having the opportunity to learn and grow."

So the Summer Psychic and Holistic Expo will take place August 19-20th out at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center. General admission will be $10, unless you're under the age of 12, then it's free to get all the holistic and psychic healing you want.

And for those who might need some clarification, YES, the holistic part of this includes medicine and treatment. Defined as "the believe that parts of something are interconnected and can be explained only by reference to the whole." So, you'll likely see a lot of meditating, and physical wellness types of people at the expo.

You'll also encounter some psychics, which, I did not know, there are at least THREE local psychics listed on Google.

Personally, I've never been, but hey, I'm open to new things, and maybe one of them can finally point me in the right direction, or offer me some good news once in a while. "Am I doomed to stay single forever?"

2023 Predictions Made By A Psychic

Illinois Dome Home Up For Sale Was Built For a Radio Psychic

Don't you get spaceship vibes? An unusual dome-shaped home built for a radio psychic has hit the market for $599,000. The original owner, who passed away in May 2022, Joe Trufant, went by Joe Who on Chicago's WLUP.

The rounded residence in Somonauk, Ill., has a ton of unique features like arched cathedral ceilings of knotty pine, oak flooring, and a "stunning, see-through column" which acts as the hub of the home and looks up into the second level. Oh - and the dome home can apparently rotate too!
