No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries permitted.
All eligible entries must be received by close of business on September 6, 2024. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. This method of entry is limited to one (1) entry per person, per live remote during the Entry Period.
For example, if there are ten (10) live remotes during the Entry Period that allow for participants to register, then an individual will have the chance to register and enter the Contest ten (10) different times. Completion of the above steps will qualify you as an “eligible entry” and enter you into a random drawing for your chance to win two tickets to the Red Not Chili Peppers concert at Warner Vineyards on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. and further your chance to become a Finalist and win the Grand Prize, as defined below.

No purchase necessary. There is no limit to the number of phone/caller #7 entries an individual may make. Live remote entries are limited to one (1) entry per person, per remote event, as indicated above. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged, or for lost or stolen entries boxes, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules, or for any entry not submitted or received due to any technical error or failure, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer or cellular transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified. Each participant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf.
Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. All contest entries must be submitted and received no later than 11:59 p.m. EST on September 6, 2024. Contest Organizers are not responsible for any of the participating locations business hours. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the number of valid eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Entry/registration does not guarantee a Prize.
4. Winner Selection.
Finalists.
On September 9, 2024, beginning at 8:00 a.m. EST and concluding no later than 10:00 a.m. EST, Contest Organizers will randomly select ten (10) Finalists from the collective pool of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Each Finalist will be notified by phone using the telephone number they entered on their registration. If a selected Finalist does not answer the phone, Station will randomly select a new Finalist in his/her place from the remaining pool of eligible entries. This process will continue until ten (10) Finalists have been identified. The ten (10) Finalists will each receive two (2) tickets to the Red Not Chili Peppers concert at Warner Vineyards scheduled for Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. and be required to check-in with Contest Organizers no later than 7:00 p.m. at a designated location (to be provided by Station employees prior to September 14th).
If a Finalist does not appear at the designated location on the date and time listed above, they will be disqualified and no replacement Finalist will be chosen.
Grand Prize Winner.
On Saturday, September 14th at approximately 7:15 p.m., all Finalists will randomly select an unmarked, identical to the next, key fob. The order in which the key fobs are selected will be determined by the order in which each Finalist has checked in with the Contest Organizers (i.e., first come, first serve). The goal of this game will be to select the corresponding key fob that matches a designated vehicle placed on-site by Contest Organizers. The number of key fobs will match the number of Finalists, but only one key fob will be the correct key fob for the vehicle.
Once a key fob has been chosen by a Finalist, he/she must hold onto that key fob until all Finalists have made their selection. There will be no alternative, second, or replacement selections of key fobs made by any Finalist. After the key fobs have been selected, Finalists will, in the same order, take turns pressing the alarm button, one at a time, on their key fob to activate the car’s alarm system. The Finalist whose key fob sets off the car’s alarm system will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner.
