Chow Down at Chau Haus for One Year Anniversary

Chau Haus on Burdick is celebrating their first anniversary with a big, bad buffet, featuring pierogi (nom...), vegan pierogi, red cabbage, sauerkraut, bratwurst, meatballs and gravy, stuffed cabbage, potato salad, spatzle, sauerkraut soup, dill pickle soup, and potato pancakes. If you possibly have room left, you can add on a dessert of apple strudel or chocolate cheesecake for $4.
