Congrats To The Kansas City Royals

I am a die hard Detroit Tigers fan but it was great to see the Tigers Division Rivals, the Royals beat the Oakland A's Last Night in the American League Wild Card Game 9-8 in 12 innings.

One of those games that will live in the memories of great baseball moments.  This for a team that hasn't been in the playoffs since they won The World Series in 1985.  I have had the chance to see a few games at Kauffman Stadium. It is one of those stadiums that seems to be overlooked when it comes to great stadiums.  The fans were great, and I can't really say anything bad about the experience of the few games I have seen there.

Now that this team is competitive It is great to see the support they are getting. If the Tigers can't win it all I'm supporting the Royals.  Take care of the Angels and who knows, it could be the Al Central rivals battling it out for the chance to play in the World Series.
