By now, most know of Pearl Jam singer Eddie Vedder's fandom of the Chicago Cubs and he continued that association over the weekend by performing at the Hot Stove Cool Music benefit, which aids Chicago Cubs President of Baseball Operations Theo Epstein's Foundation to Be Named Later, as well as the Jimmy Fund and other charities.

Vedder was joined onstage during the show by Epstein, who strapped on a guitar and appeared onstage during performances of "Corduroy," "Better Man" and "Rockin' in the Free World" with Vedder. Footage of Epstein rocking with Vedder can be seen courtesy of WGN-TV in the video above and via fan-shot video in the player below.

The Friday (June 17) concert, which took place at Chicago's Metro, also featured Cubs coach Joe Maddon and other members of the coaching staff, Smashing Pumpkins drummer Jimmy Chamberlin and retired New York Yankees outfielder Bernie Williams. Liz Phair, Letters to Cleo's Kay Hanley and Belly's Gail Greenwood also performed during the night. According to Rolling Stone, Vedder's set also included the songs "All the Way," covers of The Who's "The Kids Are Alright" and Split Enz' "I Got You" and his solo favorite "Big Hard Sun."

Vedder also autographed a guitar which was auctioned off for $26,000 during the fundraising portion of the night.
