Easter is one of those holidays that has some definitive and not so definitive elements.  There's the religious aspect, of course, and The Easter Bunny component that brings with it the baskets, the candy and the eggs.  Growing up in my family there was an added bonus of a gift/toy from the bunny on Easter morning.  Then there's the food which, in my case, was another opportunity to eat some of the best homemade Italian food on the planet.  In that regard I wish there were many more holidays.  So what else can we add to Easter.
