While I realize most people won't get sick if they contract the Coronavirus.  I also realize that there is a belief by some in the community that this whole thing is being blown way out of proportion.  The fact is we still don't know exactly what we're dealing with here and even though you don't care about leaving yourself at risk, you have to understand that it's not only yourself but other people you can put at risk.  It's not like refusing to wear a seat belt.  It's like not wearing a seat belt and you cause other drivers seat belts not to work.  So my position is better safe than sorry.

That having been said, the majority of places the public will frequent will require that you wear a mask or some kind of face covering.  Costco is one of those places that will insist you do so starting on May 4th.  I also saw on wxyz.com that just because you're wearing a mask, that doesn't free you from social distancing.  I have to admit that so far for me it's a pain in the butt.  However, I just add it to the list of first world problems.
