I know what a lot of you are thinking… “Nutrimost.  Isn't Nutrimost that place that boasts a 20 to 40 pound fat loss in 40 days? Stefani, you don’t have that much weight to lose.”  You’re right.  I don’t. But follow me along in my decision to start Nutrimost.  It’s about so much more than weight loss.  It’s a lifestyle reset.

As Ozzy Osborne so eloquently sang, "I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired." Not just tired; I'm exhausted.  Between working two jobs, volunteering in the community, and rehearsing whenever a show I just-can't-pass-by pops up, my sleep schedule has been completely destroyed. When I try to snag a quick ten-minute nap between jobs, I find that nap is just enough to make it next-to-impossible to fall asleep in the evening. Even if I am tired when I get home at the end of the day, I'm so happy to be home that I stay up doing all the things everyone else does; like catching up on chores or taking in a little Netflix. As a result, I average 4 hours of sleep a night. Not good. On top of the lack of sleep, and due to the fact that I’m always on the go, I have slipped in to that horrible cycle of skipped meals and fast food. I don’t overeat, I under eat. I’ll forgo breakfast and lunch, and then binge on anything that can be delivered to my other job later in the day. My hydration is deplorable. My face is breaking out like a 12-year-old's.

It doesn't take a mathlete to figure out that: No Sleep + Bad Nutrition = One Very Unhealthy Stefani.

Why Nutrimost, as opposed to other options out there? Simple: Nutrimost is not one-size-fits-all, and they don't leave you high-and-dry when the process is over.  Nutrimost tailors the program to ME.  They find out what my body is lacking and prescribe the best remedy; supplements and food that my body needs to heal.  And, when I've successfully completed 40 days of detox, Nutrimost will be there to help me make the transition back to eating normally without screwing up what I've worked for.  And don't think it isn't work.  This is going to be a very hard process... I mean... Thanksgiving is in my 40-Day timeline.  Sheesh.

Now, what do I hope to gain from Nutrimost, other than the advertised 20-40 pound weight loss?  I’m glad you asked!  As mentioned above, Nutrimost is a reset; 40 days of detoxing oils, fats, and sugars that my body has become dependent on, given the fast-food-convenience-hamster-wheel I created many years ago.  The organs that have suffered the brunt of this pattern will be given the nutrients they need to heal and function normally.  I will sleep through the night and wake alert, having the energy to make it through my day without the need for a nap.  I will understand how my body feels when it is properly hydrated, and when it is not.  My brain will relearn what a “meal” is, as opposed to what is advertised.

Good Sleep + Great Nutrition = One Very Happy, Healthy, Energetic Stefani

And that’s it!  That’s why I’ve decided to take the time, now, to start Nutrimost. I thought, “Why wait until I feel worse to start feeling better?”  It’s not about what I lose, so much as it's about what I gain.  So, even though I have to weigh myself daily (and I'll be updating you on the number,) I’m not going to focus on what the scale says, that’s just a positive side effect of feeling better.  Let the adventure begin!
