How To Support Ukraine In West Michigan & Grand Rapids?

St Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church has become a gathering place of sorts for those who wish to offers prayers and gather in solidarity with the people of Ukraine.

In a visit earlier this week, Grand Rapids' US Rep. Peter Meijer joined the congregation to show solidarity with Ukraine.

Thank you for praying with us this morning Father Peter! We also want to thank Rep. Peter Meijer for coming by today and standing with us for Ukraine. The outflow of support from this community in GR and abroad is very comforting in this difficult time. May God bless you and all your families and loved ones.

 

Unfortunately, some have used the goodwill of those wishing to help to scam those wishing to help. While others have taken hollow actions like banning 'Russian' vodka that's actually made in Lithuania. 😒😒😒
