General operators have a starting hourly pay of $16, and welders start at $17.80, with benefits (including medical insurance) starting on your first day. They also offer 14 paid holidays a year. You'll work in an air-conditioned, temperature-controlled facility and enjoy their new $1,000 retention bonus, paid quarterly.
