If you love bacon, you're going to want to get to Bob's Processing for their international award-winning meats.

Tucked away in a residential neighborhood off M-43, a few miles Southeast of South Haven, you'll find Bob's Processing. The butcher shop is worth the trip as they have just been honored with multiple medals at the 'DFV-AAMP Quality Competition for Sausage and Ham,’ which is like the Olympics for butchers. More than 460 entrants from 42 companies across the United States convened in Madison, Wisconsin to have their wares sampled, critiqued and assessed by tasters flown in from Frankfort, Germany. Bob's Processing owners Bob & Scott Filbrandt won 2 gold medals- one for braunschweiger and one for ham and took home a silver for bacon.

With 38 years in the business, these are not the first awards Bob's has received- the walls of the shop are papered with citations, commendations, plaques, ribbons and trophies for their meats. Bob's Processing offers various cuts of beef, pork, chicken, turkey, venison and fish. They also process meats (obviously, it's in the name), offer a wide deli selection and do catering. Who's hungry?
