Toys R Us Coming Back Already?

It looks like Toys R Us is coming back much sooner than we thought they would.  I do remember hearing that if, in fact, they did re-emerge from bankruptcy, there would be considerable re-branding.  That re-branding would also include setting up shop in a new and/or different way.  As you amy or may not know, returning to Portage in the original location is out of the question anyway because Big Lots will be relocating in that building from their location on S. Westnedge and Kilgore.

So what can we expect with the Toys R Us return?  According to the new parent company Tru Kids Inc. in an article on fox47news.com, the plan is to open 70 Toys R Us and Babies R Us stores this year in Asia, India and Europe.  No details on the re-birth in the United States but the company has made assurances that we'll see Toys R Us, Babies R Us and Geoffrey The Giraffe "re-imagined" in the not too distant future.  Get more details by clicking HERE.
