USA Today Says Lions Finish 3-13 In 2019

In Monday's edition of USA Today, writer Nate Davis picks the Detroit Lions to finish in last place in the NFC North Division with a 3-13 record.

The Lions finished the 2018 season, under rookie head coach Mat Patricia (pictured), with a 6-10 record and in last place in the NFC North.

The team's rookies reported to Allen Park for training camp last week, the veterans report to camp later this week.

The team opens preseason play on August 8th against the world champion New England Patriots at Ford Field.  The regular season opener is on September 8th at the Arizona Cardinals.  The home regular season opener is September 15th against the Los Angeles Chargers.
