At the the end of the second period, a fight broke out between the Minnesota Wild and the Detroit Red Wings in March 10th's game.

I grew up watching hockey fights as my dad absolutely loved them. He had so many VHS tapes on hockey fights that we would watch for hours. So many fighting greats from Basil McRae from the Minnesota North Stars to Bob Probert from the Detroit Red Wings. Speaking of those two hockey teams, a full line brawl broke out between the Wild and the Wings in last night's game.

The game was played at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. At the end of the second period the Wings were up 4 to 3. The fight broke out after the Wild pushed for a late game tie-ing goal. Even both goaltenders Alex Nedeljkovic and Cam Talbot wanted a piece of the action, but the refs separated the goalies.

Wild's defenseman Matt Dumba took down the Wings' Left Winger Lucas Raymond. Dumba got several punches in before both teams tried separating the two. A little puddle of blood was formed on the ice after the fight.

Even though the Wild were down after the second period. The team came back and won in a shootout after overtime play.

Overall, it was a really fun game to watch. You can check out the entire clip of the bloody brawl below:
