Over the weekend my wife and I decided to try to make what are called Kilimanjaro's.  We used a recipe we got from my wife's aunt who made us this dish on our trip out to Colorado. We used Bison, and the topping was worchestershire sauce, green onions, cilantro, mushrooms and onions and some sour cream.  We cut the corn off of 4 cob's and cooked in the same pan we cook the bison in and added some chili powder.  Excellent dish hope to make this again someday.
