A Weird Moment At Wine-Not Winter Wine Festival

What a great time we all had at the 2nd annual Wine-Not Winter Wine Festival on Saturday.  It was so nice to have conversations with so many people who listen to The Rocker Morning each day.  It makes us realize how many people are with us every morning.  So, ya, typical, pleasant conversations...except one...

My wife Karla and I were selling extra tickets and aprons outside the main room and a woman (not pictured) walks up and says she didn't get one of the tasting glasses when she checked in.  She then asked if there were little plastic glasses available to use for tasting.  When I said no, those are the only glasses available she said: "Well I'm not going to use one of those!!!  People have touched those!!!"

Well, I didn't know what to tell her except to repeat that those were the only glasses we're using for the event.  She paused, looked at one of her friends and said: "Well I guess we'd better get those glasses and sterilize the s*%t out of them in the bathroom!!!"

In hindsight I would've liked to have asked her if she brings her own glasses to restaurants, etc.  Is it just me or was that one of the weirdest things to come out of someone's mouth at that place and time???
