People in Michigan will finally get a chance to get up close in personal with one of our childhood icons, Bill Nye, The Science Guy.

If you were a kid growing up in the '90s, you understood how amazing things were about to get if you walked into your science class, and the teacher rolled out the big television with the Laser disc player or the VHS player attached to it, it meant that you were about to enter into a world of science that was easy to understand and fun to learn about.

Bill Nye was revolutionary as his character Bill Nye the science guy from 1993 to 1999. An interesting fact about Bill Nye is that he invented the hydraulic residence suppressor tube that’s used on 747 planes.

But even though his intelligence as a mechanical engineer with something, he was gifted as, his love for entertainment, moved him away into the world of National television indication, which would eventually lead him to being nominated for 23 Emmy awards and winning 19 of them.

Now for people who decide that they wanna grab a ticket to the Motor City Comic Con taking place at the Suburban Collection Show Place on Friday, May 16 through Sunday, May 18, people will get a chance to meet him as he’s been added as the newest guest that people will be able to meet and greet.
