Bon Jovi Live for One Night Only: Where to See the Show in SWMI

A bit of New Jersey is coming to Southwest Michigan as a special Bon Jovi performance will be broadcast for one night only. Here's where to see the concert.

Jon Bon Jovi has dabbled in acting over the years, taking roles in more than a dozen films, from romantic comedies like Moonlight and Valentino to thrillers like U-571, and the drama Pay It Forward. He's taken television roles in Ally McBeal, The West Wing and Sex in the City. His best role has always been front man for one of the biggest surviving rock bands of the 80s: Bon Jovi.

Now, Jon and his namesake band are bringing a never-before-seen concert, recorded live, exclusively for a one-night only event to drive-ins to outdoor venues across the country. You can see the show at seven Michigan drive-in theaters, including three in Southwest Michigan on May 22.

Remember, at most drive-in theaters these days, that big metallic speaker that used to hang on the window is gone, and you listen to the sound on your car radio. So get together some friends and take the vehicle that has the best sound system to the drive-in so you can crank up the tunes as Bon Jovi performs their biggest hits. You're not allowed pack the trunk like in the old days, the limit is six people per vehicle.
