Make a difference in Kalamazoo by joining the letter carrier food drive Stamp Out Hunger on Saturday, May 11.

[In your best Cliff Clavin voice]: "So, did you know that 1 in 8 households in America are food insecure and don't know where their next meal is coming from?" Sadly, it's true but you can help. Kalamazoo Local Letter Carrier Branch 246 is joining the national effort to alleviate the growing hunger epidemic and they invite you to leave a bag of non-perishable food by your mailbox on Saturday, May 11, 2019, and your letter carrier will do the rest.

Despite what you may have heard, snail mail is still good for something. You don't need a stamp to be a part of the largest one-day food drive in America. Get some canned goods and please, help Mr. Postman; we can do something. All donations made locally stay local and support the essential work Loaves & Fishes does in our community.
