This is THE biggest shopping weekend of the year, and while you're out finding the perfect stocking stuffers for one and all, consider that one of those purchases could mean the gift of hearing for a first grader in Galesburg.

6-year-old Taylor Wheat needs new hearing aids, a necessity that will set her family back $10,000.  So, she's putting her skills as an artist to work at, "People Helping People," an annual craft show, this Saturday at Climax-Scotts High School from 9am-2pm. Taylor will have her own booth with her artwork for sale.  And (get your tissues) her classmates have donated items as well.

Someone must be cutting onions in the other room or something.

Give the gift of hearing this weekend, and help Taylor reach her goal!
