Curry in a Hurry Set to Open Kalamazoo Restaurant

The Kalamazoo area food truck Curry in a Hurry is set to open a brick-and-mortar shop in Oshtemo.

The new Curry in a Hurry restaurant is slated to open at 6541 Stadium Drive which is just west of 9th Street. The strip mall location will fill a space recently vacated by Jambo African Cuisine.

The food truck is a staple of the Lunchtime Live Friday events at Bronson Park. This is how they describe their food:

Chef Reid’s Curry Sauce is made from a recipe perfected by a third generation South African Indian chef now living in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
